As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are seeking an Intern to support our Client Services Bidding & Feasibility function, gaining hands-on experience in pricing, proposal development, and feasibility assessment for healthcare market research projects while contributing to our mission.

This internship runs for a minimum of two months and may be extended up to six months, based on mutual alignment between the intern and the hiring manager.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Support feasibility assessments for proposed market research projects by pulling internal data, past performance metrics, and input from delivery teams.
  • Help build accurate pricing and proposal materials that position Konovo competitively.
  • Assist in coordinating with global operations, project delivery, panel access, and commercial teams to gather input on timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Support Sales and Account Management with research and documentation needed to craft winning proposals.
  • Help track and organize win/loss data to support ongoing improvement of bidding frameworks.
  • Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks for the bidding and feasibility team as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Currently working toward a BS/BA degree, with an interest in market research, healthcare, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data under uncertainty or limited inputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language(s) a plus.
  • Adept user of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Mature team player with good attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
  • Thrives in collaborative spaces but can take the lead on individual tasks; motivated to learn, contribute, and grow.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience
  • Bonus points for prior exposure to qualitative or quantitative research methodologies, Salesforce, or proposal tools.
Why Konovo?
  • Work on cutting-edge AI-powered solutions and industry-leading services that transform healthcare insights.
  • Be part of a mission-driven company that is revolutionizing healthcare decision-making.
  • Join a fast-growing global team with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment that values innovation and flexibility.
  • Make a real-world impact by helping healthcare organizations innovate faster.
This is just the beginning of what we can achieve together. Join us at Konovo and help shape the future of healthcare technology!
