Project Executive

As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Project Executive to contribute to our mission by overseeing the fieldwork management phase of both quantitative and qualitative market research projects. As Project Executive you will ensure high-quality execution, strong vendor and sample management, and on-time, on-budget delivery for our customers. You’ll sit on our Delivery team and work closely with Client Services to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. As Project Executive at Konovo you will have hands-on ownership of Quantitative and Qualitative fieldwork while partnering with a tech-forward team and supporting top global pharma and healthcare research clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Project Coordination: Oversee the fieldwork management phase of market research projects from setting up internal systems and vendors through project completion
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on time and on budget
• Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of fieldwork management including sample management and vendor management, ensuring we deliver high-quality results to our customers
• Budget & Financial Management: Understand project budgets, manage vendor costs, and escalate concerns
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects
• Quality-Driven Delivery: Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards and ensuring high-quality results for clients and a high-quality experience for our panelists

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with project management software and market research data collection platforms
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively bring attention to key items and share ideas that support project success
• Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions
• Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously while ensuring projects align with company and client goals
• Professional Experience: 1-2 years of Market Research experience
• Language & Collaboration: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). You can communicate clearly with US-based clients and vendors, write crisp project updates, and handle live calls confidently
• Shift requirements: Comfortable working US hours (9am–6pm ET)
• AI-Enabled Tools: Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience
