Technical Recruiter

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter in our Mexico City office.  This is a hybrid role, with periodic in-office attendance required for essential meetings, team-building activities, and key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical roles, ensuring they meet the qualifications and align with the company's culture.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, such as online job postings, social media, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating regularly, offering feedback, and keeping candidates informed about their status in the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to recruiting.
