We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior Automotive Parts experience and a passion for delivering excellent service. We are also open to candidates with retail parts experience (e.g., AutoZone, O’Reilly, etc.) who are eager to transition into a dealership setting.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Counter Representative, you will be responsible for providing and selling vehicle parts and accessories to customers both over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
Pull and fill orders from stock verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Required: At least 2 years of prior Automotive Parts experience
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Schedule

Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays off
Service and Parts is closed on Sundays

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00.

Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
