Responsibilities

You’ll be the friendly, professional presence that represents our Service Department, delivering a first-class experience to every client who walks through our doors or calls in.

  • Welcome and assist service guests in our lounge, offering refreshments and a first-class experience
  • Support the Service Drive by assisting advisors and ensuring smooth client flow
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions via phone and email 

 Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Schedule 

  • Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sundays plus one additional weekday off

Compensation 

  • The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00.

Hiring Requirements

  • 18 years or older required
