Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
You’ll be the friendly, professional presence that represents our Service Department, delivering a first-class experience to every client who walks through our doors or calls in.
- Welcome and assist service guests in our lounge, offering refreshments and a first-class experience
- Support the Service Drive by assisting advisors and ensuring smooth client flow
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions via phone and email
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Sundays plus one additional weekday off
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older required
