Ready to get your foot in the door with a premium automotive brand? Audi Pacific is hiring an Entry-Level Parts Counter Representative — and we’ll train the right person! Experience from Jiffy Lube, AutoZone, or similar retail parts environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Counter Representative, you will:

Provide and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers over the counter, through the shop, and on the phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting parts and services to support their business needs.
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
Assist in maintaining perpetual inventories.

Qualifications

Preferred retail parts experience (e.g., Jiffy Lube or AutoZone), but not required.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.
