Are you an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail and want to help shape the commercial and operational backbone of Landor? As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Commercial & Operations, you will support our team and gain deep insights into the operational processes of a world-leading brand agency.

What you'll do:

You will support our Commercial team with administrative and commercial tasks:

• You'll be there from the start, setting up new projects in our systems and creating the foundation for our teams to deliver creative and successful work.
• With your help, we'll always know where we stand. By maintaining our project and forecasting platforms (like Sugar), you'll make the success of our work visible to the entire team.
• Whether it's new clients, suppliers, or freelancers, you'll ensure everyone is set up correctly in our systems, creating the foundation for smooth and professional collaboration.
• You'll support your team in transforming raw data into meaningful reports. Your work will help us understand how our projects are performing and where we can improve.
• You'll ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our freelancers and that their work is accurately tracked, allowing them to focus fully on their creative tasks.
• You'll ensure a smooth flow of information between teams by sharing key project data and proactively supporting your team with operational tasks, such as creating purchase orders.

What you'll need:

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers, work with high precision, and possess a fundamental understanding of business principles.
• You are an organizational talent, work independently and in a structured manner, and enjoy proactively supporting our team.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Initial experience with other systems is a plus.
• Your ideal availability would be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
