About this position:
Later is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams by optimizing and scaling our Salesforce environment.

Key to this vision is mapping the creator economy of agencies, brands, retailers, and affiliate networks for our sales and partnership teams. We need someone passionate about technology and business processes to help create a custom framework of automation and reporting to make everything seamless and to help shape the future of our Salesforce infrastructure.
What you'll be doing:
- Configuration & Customization: Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Quoting, and Case management to support various departmental needs.
- Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Automation: Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and flows to automate business processes and enhance data quality.
- Permissions & Security: Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and ensure compliance with company data privacy policies.
- Integration Management: Lead Salesforce integration with other systems (e.g., Marketo, Zoominfo, Outreach, Appcues, Amplitude and more) via APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- System Health: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.
- Salesforce Releases: Keep up with new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements as appropriate.
- Documentation & Training: Create user guides and training materials and maintain process documentation.
- Company Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Platform Management: Configure flows, assignment rules, approval processes, and dashboards to meet business needs.

- 5+ years of experience as Salesforce Admin with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience especially in configuration, Data security, and external system integrations.
- Strong experience managing multiple business functions in a shared Salesforce CRM environment.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, APEX, Visualforce, and UI coding technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps using DevOps Center, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure, GitHub, or SFDX
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and effectively manage stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with proactive project leadership experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Ability to document complex processes and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$ 105,000 - $130,000 CAD
*Co-op team members, independent contractors, and freelancers are not eligible for company benefits.
