We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented, data-driven Paid Media Manager to join our rapidly growing paid social team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs that generate brand awareness, increase consideration, and drive sales directly within paid social advertising platforms for Later Influence customers across a variety of industries.
This role will work closely with the Senior Paid Strategist. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing influencer content with paid amplification and experience holistic content reporting (i.e., bifurcating organic and paid performance).
What you'll be doing:
Ad Trafficking & Management:
- Building on your proven track record of hands-on-keyboard experience executing influencer content, take full ownership of all ad campaign execution and trafficking across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Efficiently manage and optimize all active ad campaigns to maximize budget and surpass campaign goals.
Holistic, Data-Driven Reporting:
- Keep a regular pulse on campaign performance with weekly reports delivered internally and externally to customers.
- Continuously share the “why” behind performance, digging into what influenced performance (e.g., content type/length, creative themes/elements, post copy, ad targeting, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to bifurcate paid and organic performance on influencer content to deliver holistic performance to both internal teams and externally to customers.
Nurture Trust & Collaboration:
- Understand that the best path to customer and campaign success is by learning from peers and working together to generate best-of-their kind influencer campaigns.
- You will place a premium on nurturing trust and collaboration, positioning yourself and the paid social team as both experts and active participants in growth, not as a roadblock to success.
Thought Leadership & Best Practices:
- Have an inquisitive mind and always eager to learn the latest industry trends and opportunities for expanding paid execution platforms or tactics.
- Keep up to date with paid best practices across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap).

- 4+ years of experience executing, managing, and reporting on influencer advertising campaigns directly within Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertising accounts/platforms.
- Additional experience activating paid influencer campaigns on Snap preferred but not required.
- Strong project management skills + ability to manage and track time across projects effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Inquisitive mind with a strong knowledge of the creator industry and emerging trends.
- Previous customer success experience preferred, or have a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor.

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$85,000-$100,000 USD
