About this position:

As VP of Product Management for Later Influence, our agency and brand-facing enterprise influencer marketing product, you'll shape and drive the strategy that helps brands and creators collaborate at scale with predictable, measurable business results. Later Influence combines AI, first-party data across campaigns, creators, and content, and workflow automation to deliver full-funnel campaigns from discovery to conversion. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and leading Product Manager(s) directly, you'll build a high-impact product organization, shaping the roadmap and user experience while optimizing for growth, stickiness, and commercial impact. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role in scaling Later's creator economy proposition, with responsibility for transforming Later Influence into an AI-native Programmatic Influencer platform, and regular exposure to senior leadership.

What you'll be doing:

Strategy

  • Own the vision and strategy for Later Influence, connecting brands, creators, and commerce through AI, our proprietary data, and rich creator commerce signals.
  • Become an expert in the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, driving improvements that streamline planning and strategy, campaign kickoff and setup, creator discovery and vetting, campaign workflow and content collaboration, payments management, and reporting and insights.
  • Monitor, share, and translate insights from customer needs, creator economy news, social networks, commerce trends, and partnerships into a roadmap that drives measurable business outcomes, reduces human-in-the-loop hours to deliver a campaign, and improves the quality of the customer experience.
  • Partner with the CPO, cross-functionally with Engineering, and across stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align product strategy with company objectives and targets.
  • Define, monitor, and report progress toward key metrics that cascade throughout the product teams, including impacts to campaign delivery, creator earnings, and company revenue.
  • Serve as the product champion for how Later Influence uniquely delivers value, including our creator network of 20M+ and 200k high-affinity creators and over $1.5B in GMV.

Execution & Technical Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, discovery, and MVP through scaling and ongoing optimization, delivering solutions that help brands find, engage, pay, and measure creators and campaigns at scale.
  • Deepen our AI capabilities and advance our product toward our AI Programmatic vision through strong partnership with our data and engineering teams.
  • Build and manage strong product processes, leveraging tools such as Linear for product backlog and delivery and Domo (or similar) for analytics and monitoring.
  • Prioritize features and investment based on expected outcomes and data, such as campaign performance, cohort-based churn, and revenue growth, while maintaining a consistent focus on ROI and product-market fit.
  • Ensure the platform's UX, workflow, automation, and analytics match the enterprise expectations of brand marketers, including campaign workflow automation, message automation, creator application and review, and payments.

Team & Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team (Product Managers, Product Ops, Design) focused on Later Influence, setting clear goals, career paths, and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and our Creator Network team to ensure a cohesive go-to-market, onboarding, and renewals motion.
  • Work closely with peer product, design, and research leaders, including the SVP of Product, Creator, to share best practices, ensure product synergy across the ecosystem, and avoid silos.
  • Foster a culture of positivity, proactiveness, and ownership, ensuring the team is motivated, aligned, and accountable.

Thought Leadership & Market Insights

  • Stay ahead of influencer marketing, creator economy, social media platform, and commerce trends, including challenger insights, creator behaviors, and new social platforms.
  • Translate market and competitor insight into product differentiation and speed-to-market advantages.
  • Represent Later Influence externally, including with customers, analysts, partners, and PR, as the product leader who understands our value and can articulate it in the market.

What success looks like:

  • The platform makes meaningful progress toward Later's vision of a Programmatic Influencer Platform, becoming an increasingly differentiated enterprise offering.
  • A clear, compelling roadmap is in place, with defined milestones showing improved customer outcomes and strong alignment with leadership stakeholders.
  • Within the first 6-12 months, you've delivered measurable progress toward AI transformation of the program execution workflow and driven impact to primary product metrics.
  • The product team operates with elevated velocity, demonstrable expertise and customer insight, credibility, predictable delivery, clear prioritization, and measurable impact.
  • Internal stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Design, Research, Partnerships, and Customer Success experience a product organization that reliably plans and delivers value across the customer lifecycle, driving time and cost optimization and unlocking new, differentiated capabilities through Later's proprietary data and AI.

What you bring:

We are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. If you identify with any of the following, we encourage you to apply!

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning full product lines.
  • Proven track record scaling enterprise SaaS or marketplace-platform products, ideally in influencer marketing, creator economy, social, or commerce-adjacent AdTech/MarTech.
  • Skilled at turning customer and market insights into product strategy and revenue growth; comfortable with metrics such as ARR/ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel, and experienced with analytics and visualization tools to drive data-led decisions.
  • Strong experience building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth companies.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of working successfully with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain complex technical matters to business stakeholders and represent the product externally.
  • Proactive, positive, growth-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and fast iteration in a scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrable experience and experimentation with AI across the product management lifecycle, including vibe coding internal tools and customer-facing prototypes.
