Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Compliance is a Compliance generalist supporting corporate compliance programs, including researching risks, identifying issues, performing reviews, reporting, training, and other duties, as assigned and under general supervision by the AVP, Compliance. They detect and advise management of potential compliance issues and recommend procedural changes.

They are a strong independent contributor with a track record of solving complex or poorly-defined problems. Collaborates with key stakeholders and mentors others beyond their immediate team. 

The compensation range for this role is 25 Lakh - 30 Lakh which is equivalent to $30,000 USD - $35,700 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage routine and ad-hoc compliance reviews including vendor reviews, training audits and other routine reviews
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to compliance and privacy
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly monitoring and audit activities accurately and timely in alignment with key privacy and security standards including SOC2, HITRUST, FedRAMP, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA, PIPEDA etc.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues throughout the organization

  • Delivery of various Compliance initiatives on time as per roadmap commitments
  • 0 reportable incidents by ensuring availability, confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data
  • Adherence to internal SLA’s with respect to cross-functional requests and review deadlines
  • Strong independent contributor with a track record of solving complex or poorly-defined problems. Collaborates with key stakeholders and mentors others beyond their immediate team.

Required Education / Certificates / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a compliance, audit and/or privacy capacity in the healthcare/tech industry
  • Compliance and/or information security auditor certifications are preferred
  • Detail and action oriented team-player with flexibility and bias towards continuous improvement
  • Prior work for an auditing firm, such as Big 4, are preferred
  • Flexibility to relocate within India if needed

Security-related Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations
