Software Engineer
This position is open to candidates based in the Denver area with a hybrid work schedule of three days per week in office (Tues-Thurs and two days WFH). We are not offering relocation support at this time.
THE POSITION
We’re seeking a talented full stack engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our growing engineering team, you’ll help build and scale the advertiser platform that powers our business, working across both new and existing systems to create reliable, high-performing applications. You’ll bring a thoughtful approach to navigating and improving our codebase—simplifying complexity, minimizing risk, and continuously advancing our technology stack.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing applications from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for our microservice based architecture, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and support.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring security and data protection.
- Provide feedback to peers by participating in code reviews, design discussions, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration within the team, management, and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry to incorporate them into operations and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full stack development environments
- To be eligible for this role you must have experience in:
- Full stack development with Node.js
- Front-end development with a JavaScript framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Designing and integrating with APIs
- Cloud services on AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and a strong foundation of programmer fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative and industrious approach to finding solutions.
- Strong communication and the ability to collaborate with a team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Ability to use AI tools to generate code and to ensure it meets the quality standards of the team
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong database design and management skills, experienced with DynamoDB, SQL(Snowflake), or similar.
- Experience with microservice based architectures
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of cloud services
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development process
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Slack, and Confluence

The base pay range for this position in Seattle/New York/Colorado/California is $110,000 to $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors, location, job-related knowledge, and experience.
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for annual performance bonus
