The Opportunity
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for contributing to a team of backend engineers (APIs and systems integration).

We’re looking for some high-caliber, passionate backend developers to join solid team focused on developing and maintaining our services and infrastructure which run the “Powered by LendingTree” platforms. We are primarily a .NET shop, however we welcome candidates with strong development skills in any language.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop complex algorithms to solve business needs (e.g. how to identify the best opportunities for customers to save money on existing loans.)                             
  • Work hand-in-hand with the business to find the best ways to solve problems (one day you could be improving the robustness of backend integrations, the next you might be developing functionality that provides complex analytics for the business.)   
  • Leverage the latest technologies (.NET Core, MongoDB, SignalR, Redis, AWS, SQL Server) to build enterprise-wide, scalable systems

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ yrs. of professional software engineering experience
  • 2+ yrs. of hands-on coding in C#, Microsoft SQL Server
  • 2+ yrs. of experience in RESTful API development
  • Computer Science or closely related degree

  • Knowledge of the AWS Platform (Provisioning, monitoring performance, Application Insights, etc) or competitor cloud system

The Details

Base Pay: $120,000–$160,000

The base pay offered may vary based on internal factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
