Job Summary:

We’re Lendz — a modern mortgage lender with a mission to deliver exceptional white glove service in the growing non-QM space. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and customer-obsessed Account Manager to join our high-performing team (no mortgage backgrounded needed!). As the face of Lendz to brokers and internal teams alike, you’ll ensure loans move quickly, questions get answered professionally, and every stakeholder feels supported. If you’re a proactive communicator with a service-first mindset who thrives on follow-through, clarity, and constant learning, we want to meet you. Apply today and help us deliver mortgage lending the way it should be: smart, seamless, and broker-centric.

This role is onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week once training is complete.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Broker Experience:

  • Deliver white glove service from submission through close.
  • Keep brokers in the loop with timely, clear, and professional updates.
  • Build trust by responding accurately and taking initiative to resolve issues.

Be the Link That Moves Loans Forward:

  • Manage active loan pipelines alongside Account Executives and Underwriters.
  • Sort and convert conditions within 24 hours.
  • Keep Salesforce and internal systems meticulously updated.

Communicate Proactively and Professionally:

  • Stay one step ahead by anticipating questions and sending proactive follow-ups.
  • Represent Lendz with polish — both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding teams.

Stay Curious & Grow:

  • Learn enough about non-QM to be “dangerous” — and use that knowledge to solve problems fast.
  • Absorb training, tools, and tech that make you (and our process) better.
  • Share ideas that improve efficiency, elevate service, and enhance the broker journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client service or customer success role (no mortgage experience needed).
  • Tenacious follow-up skills — you don’t let things sit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Polished, poised, and professional — especially under pressure.
  • Organized and deadline-driven with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
  • A growth mindset and hunger to learn the business deeply.

You’ll Thrive at Lendz If You Are:

  • A customer experience nerd — someone who obsesses over delighting clients.
  • A team collaborator who can work independently but thrives in partnership.
  • A fast learner who connects the dots quickly and asks smart questions.
  • A doer who communicates early, often, and with confidence.

Perks of Working at Lendz:

  • Tech-forward systems & tools at a fast-growing company
  • Supportive and inclusive culture
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Highly subsidized health care, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • 401(k) program
  • 15 days of PTO to start + 9 paid holidays

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
