Director, Product Marketing & GTM Engineering

New York (Remote), Washington (Remote), California (Remote), Florida (Remote), Ohio (Remote), Utah (Remote), Michigan (Remote), Texas (Remote)

Levanta is the leading affiliate marketing platform for marketplace sellers, helping Amazon and Walmart brands unlock a scalable, cost-effective marketing channel through direct affiliate partnerships. With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.

This role is for someone who combines strong product marketing judgment with a builder mindset. You will own our messaging and enablement foundation, then use AI and automation to scale that foundation across the business. You should be equally comfortable refining positioning for a new ICP, building a launch narrative with Product, creating high-quality sales materials, and designing workflows that improve pipeline generation and GTM execution.

This is a highly cross-functional role spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

What you’ll own:

  • Own positioning and messaging for Levanta across our ICPs, use cases, and product areas
  • Build and maintain our messaging architecture, including value props, proof points, differentiation, and objection handling
  • Partner with Product and GTM leaders on launches, packaging, adoption, and field readiness
  • Create and scale core GTM assets including decks, one-pagers, battlecards, launch briefs, training materials, and demo narratives
  • Use AI to automate and accelerate the creation, adaptation, and maintenance of messaging and enablement materials
  • Serve as a cross-functional expert on Levanta’s value proposition and educate teams on how we win
  • Build and optimize workflows that improve lead generation, account research, segmentation, enrichment, and outbound support
  • Identify high-leverage GTM bottlenecks and solve them with a mix of process, tooling, AI, and automation

What success looks like:

  • Levanta has a sharper and more consistent market narrative across segments, campaigns, decks, and launches
  • Sales and CS are better enabled and more consistent in how they pitch the platform
  • Product launches are faster, clearer, and more repeatable
  • Core enablement materials stay current without becoming a major manual burden
  • Pipeline development becomes more automated, targeted, and efficient

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience across product marketing, growth, GTM systems, revenue operations, or adjacent functions, with meaningful depth in product marketing and real hands-on exposure to automation / GTM engineering
  • Required experience or background in one or more of the following: ecommerce marketing, affiliate marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, or partner marketing
  • Strong product marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation
  • Comfortable building workflows and automations yourself, not just defining requirements for others
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and the ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and leadership
  • AI-native in your working style, with the ability to use modern tools and systems to create leverage
  • Commercially minded, highly structured, and focused on output quality

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing at a high-growth company
  • Experience with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Zapier, or n8n
  • Experience building launch systems, enablement programs, or AI-assisted content workflows from scratch
  • Experience supporting multiple ICPs or product lines with differentiated messaging
  • Experience with ecommerce, marketplace, or performance-driven products

Why this role is unique:

  • Most companies separate product marketing from GTM systems. At Levanta, we believe they work best together.
  • We want someone who can build the narrative, translate it into effective GTM assets, and create the systems that help the business scale it.

What Levanta Offers:

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Open vacation and sick policy, take the time you need.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding startup.
  • A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the impact of every team member on our success.
  • Must have a permanent address in one of our hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, or Washington.

Form CC-305

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
