Senior International & Partner Marketing Director

Remote

The primary focus of the role will be driving growth across EMEA, developing the frameworks, programs, and relationships that accelerate market penetration and enterprise demand generation. Simultaneously, you will partner closely with the Partnerships organization to build and scale a global partner marketing strategy, supporting key critical initiatives from day one and crafting repeatable models that can be expanded across regions.

Operating as the senior marketing leader for EMEA, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify growth opportunities, align go-to-market priorities, and establish a scalable approach to international expansion!

This role requires equal comfort operating at the strategic level, shaping market expansion plans, partner frameworks, executive narratives, and investment priorities, and at the execution level, personally building and running programs as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build the blueprint for international growth, establishing Level Access's marketing presence across EMEA while developing scalable go-to-market and partner activation models that can be used globally.
  • Develop and implement integrated market expansion programs across EMEA—including demand generation, ABM, field marketing, executive engagement, and, where appropriate, strategic partner initiatives—to drive market penetration, pipeline growth, and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing investments, territory priorities, target accounts, and growth objectives, with accountability for marketing's contribution to pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Work alongside the Head of Global Partners to activate strategic partner relationships through co-marketing, enablement, and go-to-market programs that increase partner engagement, expand market reach, and drive partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that demonstrate the impact of marketing and partner investments on awareness, engagement, account penetration, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence.
  • Act as the senior marketing voice across EMEA, bringing customer, partner, regulatory, and competitive insights into strategic planning and helping inform market priorities, positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic connector between Sales, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market execution, market expansion priorities, and growth investments.
  • Develop cases, investment recommendations, and market expansion frameworks that help leadership evaluate opportunities, prioritize resources, and scale efficiently across international markets.
  • Codify successful programs, partnerships, and go-to-market motions into repeatable playbooks that accelerate expansion into additional regions over time.
  • Help define the future international marketing strategy, operating model, and resource roadmap as the business continues to scale globally.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, building and scaling enterprise demand generation and go-to-market programs.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives across EMEA and international markets, with a strong understanding of regional buyers and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience developing partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing programs, including co-marketing, co-sell motions, and partner enablement.
  • Proven success building scalable frameworks, playbooks, or operating models that can be adopted across markets.
  • Ability to translate global strategy into effective regional execution.
  • Proven track record to operate as a senior individual contributor, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise demand generation, ABM, field marketing, pipeline attribution, and lead-to-revenue measurement.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership on territory planning, account engagement, and growth initiatives.
  • Commercial perspective with experience evaluating market opportunities, business cases, and growth investments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
