This is an in-office position.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our recruiting team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. We’re passionate about disrupting the typical recruiting process in hopes to move faster.


Our team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. We are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations. This position will report into LG Electronics CHO (Chief Human Resource Officer) Talent management Team. 


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers as needed
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, and HR teams etc.)
  • Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
  • Develop an impactful sourcing strategy, that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques. Collaborate with recruiting team members in proactive sourcing strategies that are successful
  • Perform phone interviews and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, using behavior based interview and assessment techniques
  • Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process
  • Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations
  • Research and build knowledge of the competitive landscape in order to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles
  • Collaborate with HM, HRBP and other key partners to build competitive offers, utilizing tools, benefits and compensation. Utilize functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to better position organization when negotiating competitive offers with applicants
  • Establish positive relationships with candidates to foster the best candidate experience through the interview process
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment process
  • Proactively drives process improvements and tools enhancement of Recruiting services and operations.
  • Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment, work with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan
  • Assist Hiring Manager in evaluating candidates, offer negotiation, and overall process troubleshooting-including review and consultation of internal salary reference points, market compensation tables, and market intelligence in order to recommend offer package components
  • Influence partners to contribute to the best solutions while using recruitment knowledge
  • Develop action plans for aging requisitions while working closely with management on progress or any vital changes in strategy.
  • Work closely with supporting team members, sourcers and coordinators, to establish successful recruitment processes.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Bilingual skills in Korean
  • 5-10 years of experience in recruiting
  • Ability to consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders
  • Experience or interest in developing complex compensation packages and general HR requirements as related to hiring
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills

$96,000 - $141,000 USD
