Senior Preventive Maintenance Technician
LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. in Clarksville, TN seeks Senior Preventive Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with other production teams and R&D in new test trials of automatic controls and programming to maximize productivity.
- Responsible for training the PM Technicians for maintaining automatic production equipment and programming.
- Perform routine maintenance of programming and preventative maintenance actions.
- Provide systematic inspection, detection, and correct failures of robotic operations.
- Responsible for training of Maintenance Technicians on equipment and processes to ensure continuous operation of facilities to operators. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine and program malfunctions.
- Check blueprints and/or repair manuals as necessary to maintain continuous operation of equipment. Identify training and development needs through coordination with engineering and production teams.
- Assists Manager with reviewing PM Technicians performance.
- Assists in the development and update of PM training manuals.
Qualifications:
- Must possess 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related role in preventive maintenance technician of automatic control design and programming field.
- Must possess experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Control Design of New Equipment, Tact-Time Improvement, Robot management, Equipment Maintenance.
