About The Team

Life360 Ads is building the family ads platform, combining the reach of a 100M+ MAU first-party platform with a 35,000-publisher programmatic network. The Ads Sales team is on the front lines of growing that business, cultivating agency and brand relationships and translating a differentiated data asset into revenue. This role is central to the programmatic growth of that business, working with agency trading desks, DSPs, and direct programmatic buyers to drive deals that perform.

About the Job

The Senior Client Partner is a quota-carrying, senior individual contributor responsible for growing Life360's programmatic advertising revenue. You will own a book of business, drive new revenue through agency trading desks, DSPs, and programmatic buyers, and bring the consultative expertise to position Life360's unique audience and inventory as a must-buy across the programmatic ecosystem.

This is a hunter role. You are comfortable prospecting, building pipeline, navigating complex agency and advertiser relationships, and closing deals. Your deep programmatic fluency is what makes you credible in the room and effective at translating Life360's data and inventory story into revenue, with success reflected in consistently exceeding both individual and team quotas.

You will also gather and synthesize industry feedback to educate the broader team, equipping the national sales organization with the insights and tools needed to drive their business, including, but not limited to, supporting training and sharing best practices.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $87,500 to $145,500 USD plus eligibility for a sales bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly programmatic revenue goals through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and full-cycle deal ownership.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with media buying agencies, agency trading desks, DSPs, direct programmatic buyers, and direct brand clients.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through high-volume client engagement: outreach, calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their marketing goals and building tailored programmatic marketing recommendations that leverage the full capabilities of the Life360 ads platform.
  • Structure and close programmatic deals, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and curated supply packages, with agency trading desks, DSPs, and direct programmatic buyers.
  • Lead strategic conversations and ideation with clients and agencies to create results-driven campaigns, and develop account plans that grow existing accounts while winning net-new buyers.
  • Respond to RFPs and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling proposals and media plans.
  • Bring working knowledge of DSP buying workflows and deal ID mechanics to guide agency and programmatic buyers toward the right solutions, and stay current on programmatic trends, identity, and measurement developments.
  • Manage post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth.
  • Represent Life360 at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our differentiated value in the marketplace.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to sell programmatic deal types to both brands and agencies.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, data-driven buying, Open Exchange, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed deal types.
  • Existing relationships with agency trading desks and DSP buyer teams, with experience prospecting, pipelining, and closing programmatic deals.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, optimization strategies, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Strong ability to prospect, manage a full sales cycle, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Our Benefits

  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for US employees).
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program in the US
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental wellness.
  • Flexible PTO and 12 company wide days off throughout the year.
  • Winter and Summer Weeklong Synchronized Company Shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs.
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment.
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership for your preferred circle.
  • Free Tile Products

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
