Position: Clinical Director 

Job Summary: The Clinical Director is responsible for daily operations and management of assigned site, ensuring high-quality care, adherence to protocols, and efficient functioning of the site. This position reports to a Regional Clinical Director.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the building. 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, conducting regular meetings and performance evaluations. 
  • Monitor staffing levels and manage scheduling, participate in the process of hiring of new staff as needed. 
  • Provide guidance to achieve goals and objectives as outlined in the Program Service Plan. 
  • Provide General and Direct clinical supervision of supervisees as defined in the Ohio BH redesign. 
  • Review and sign off on Clinical documentation as required. 
  • Responsible for assigning caseloads, duties and responsibilities and monitoring documentation for completion and accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand the site budget and optimize resource utilization. 
  • Create a platform for treatment team meetings. 
  • Observe service delivery to ensure the standard of quality is maintained and delivered. 
  • Oversight of inactive clients and the discharge process 
  • Provides clinical services such as individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 
  • Active LISW, LPCC 
  • At least 5 years progressively relevant experience 
  • Ability to pass BCI check and employment drug screen 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • LICDC, LPCC-S, LISW-S

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
