Trainer/Content Creator - Support Department

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Trainer/Content Creator to join our Support Department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training materials and resources to support our customers and internal teams. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring that users can effectively utilize our DMS solutions, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

What you’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct live training sessions for customers and internal staff, both virtually and in-person, to facilitate product understanding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights necessary for content creation.
  • Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and evolving customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
  • Other duties as assigned, which include supporting the rest of the team in Quality Assurance, Knowledge Base, and Customer Support.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or content creation, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong proficiency in creating multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
