As we scale, we are seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A to lead company-wide financial consolidation, performance reporting, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the executive team and an opportunity to shape the financial narrative of the company.

What You'll Do:

Corporate Consolidation & Reporting

  • Own the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting packages, including variance analysis, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Revenue and Expense FP&A analysts to ensure accuracy and alignment across forecasts and actuals.

Strategic Projects & Ad Hoc Analysis

  • Lead cross-functional financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, including pricing, capital allocation, and M&A diligence.
  • Build dynamic models to evaluate business scenarios, investment opportunities, and long-range planning.
  • Support Board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven insights.

Planning & Forecasting

  • Support the annual budget, quarterly reforecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and automation.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with Accounting, Strategy, and Business Operations to align financial insights with operational execution.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Director of FP&A and CFO on company-wide financial strategy.

What You Should Have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; fluency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Pigment, Anaplan).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.) and 3-statement financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
