Marketing Manager

Lightspeed Systems is looking for a Marketing Manager to bring structure, momentum, and strong execution to a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. In this role, you'll own your marketing vertical end-to-end while partnering closely with Sales and Product to drive growth for our safety solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, balances creative and operational work with ease, and takes pride in keeping programs moving forward.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role blends campaign execution, demand generation, events, content, and sales enablement. You'll manage strategy, execution, and performance across multiple marketing programs, with clear ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, including email and digital marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute webinars, events, and conferences, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Drive content development aligned to campaign and sales goals.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including vendors, venues, staffing, and technology.
  • Organize and distribute marketing content to support sales and outbound efforts.
  • Maintain and update web content related to safety solutions.
  • Own communications and events calendars for your marketing area.
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot issues, and keep programs on track.
  • Set goals, track performance, and optimize programs based on results.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing programs across teams.
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with a bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to education or campus safety audiences.
  • SaaS marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with Pardot.
  • Experience managing web content using WordPress or Elementor.
