The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Operations & Commercial Bid Manager to drive sales efficiency and secure new business across private and public sector clients. You’ll lead the end-to-end bid process and support strategic growth in secure Cloud Technology, GIS, Data Management, Analytics, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
- Streamline sales processes and manage CRM data.
- Deliver performance dashboards and insights.
- Support the sales team with tools, training, and best practices.
- Align sales efforts with marketing, finance, and delivery teams.
Bid Management
- Lead bids from initial inquiry to final submission.
- Develop compelling, compliant proposals.
- Coordinate cross-functional bid teams.
- Maintain bid resources and track outcomes.
About You
You’re a confident and commercially minded professional with a strong track record in bid management and sales operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. With experience in professional services and managing complex, multi-stream opportunities, you bring clarity, structure, and energy to every project.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in sales operations and leading bids end-to-end.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and industry regulations (a plus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to mentor others.
- A passion for process improvement and identifying new business opportunities.
- A client-focused approach, delivering tailored solutions through cross-functional teamwork.
