The Opportunity:
As the Group digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring Landmark’s digital campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
As a key member of the group marketing team, you will work across channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising to enhance Landmark’s digital presence, ensuring consistent growth in digital traffic, engagement, and conversions, with the ability to create seamless customer experiences across digital and offline touchpoints. The goal is to ensure Landmark remains competitive and visible in the digital landscape, directly supporting the organisation’s strategic goals and growth ambition
The role will involve:
- Campaign management: you will plan, produce, and schedule digital content across email, social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.), and paid advertising (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Meta, etc.)
- Content creation & coordination: you will write briefs, copy and produce engaging content aligned to digital strategy themes for website, blog, social media, video, webinar, podcast, email newsletters, and infographics. Coordinating with designers for visual assets, managing content go-live and review impac
- Social media: you will write copy for social feeds, own the posting schedule, coordinating with other business units to maintain and increase awareness and conversions. Building and nurturing online communities to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Digital strategy: you will research market insights and audience needs and feedback insights to help shape the strategy. You will carry out competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Website optimisation: you will manage and optimise website content, images, and links via CMS
- Manage contact engagement: you will implement and manage marketing automation for personalised content distribution and lead nurturing journeys.
About you:
You will have a tenacious ‘can do’ approach to your work with strong analytical and project management skills. You will be experienced in email, social media management, marketing automation software to implement campaigns and track progress.
You will also have/be:
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance role
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field would be desirable
- Experience of using digital marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience of content creation (video, podcasts, blogs, landing pages)
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and CMS
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
