Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Harrow Council in recruiting Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join their Children in Need Team on a permanent basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of children and families requiring assessment, intervention and safeguarding support.
  • Work with children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
  • Undertake assessments, care planning and direct work to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Contribute to care proceedings and permanency planning where required.
  • Build effective relationships with children, families and partner agencies.

For This Role You Will Need

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Successful completion of ASYE.
  • At least one year's post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
