POSITION SUMMARY
At LiquidStack, we're revolutionizing the data center industry with cutting-edge liquid cooling solutions. As one of the global leaders in sustainable technology, we’re looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in receiving, storing, and fulfilling orders. This role involves working with warehouse management systems (WMS), operating material handling equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, driving a box truck between facilities, and collaborating with team members to support warehouse operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Record all received goods into our MRP system, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
- Organize and store materials efficiently in designated locations, optimizing space usage.
- Maintain real-time inventory levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet production and customer requirements.
- Ensure all orders are properly labelled and packaged, and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to safely move goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and with a high sense of urgency.
- Delivers materials to assembly teams as required.
- Organizes inventory and maintains accurate count of inventory items.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations, particularly in inventory control and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize completing tasks while meeting critical deadlines.
Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
ERGONOMIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Standing/Walking – Frequently (up to 8+ hours per shift)
- Lifting – Frequently (up to 50 lbs.)
- Bending, stooping, and reaching – Regularly
- Use of hand tools and power tools – Frequently
