Marketing Specialist

Remote (USA)

Who you are

You’re a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building things from the ground up. You’re comfortable setting direction without a pre-existing playbook and taking ownership from strategy through execution. You understand how strong marketing supports business growth, reputation, and relationships—and you take pride in doing it well. You’re a thoughtful collaborator and communicator who can partner effectively with executives, sales leaders, creatives, and subject matter experts. You bring structure where it’s helpful, flexibility where it’s needed, and a consistently high bar for craft and quality. You know when to go deep, when to move quickly, and how to make informed decisions without perfect information. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence, with the opportunity to grow in scope over time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner directly with the Chief Growth Officer and client partner leadership to shape and evolve Livefront’s marketing strategy.
  • Help define marketing priorities, focus areas, and success metrics in support of business and growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on brand positioning, go-to-market efforts, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead planning and execution for marketing programs and campaigns across content, events, brand, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leaders, sales partners, content creators, designers, and subject matter experts to align messaging and storytelling.
  • Support the creation, distribution, and amplification of content across channels, including events, social, and the website.
  • Guide Livefront’s approach to events, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement.
  • Build and document foundational marketing processes, workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Establish methods for tracking effectiveness and ROI across marketing initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with HubSpot to manage clients, accounts, segments, and CRM data.
  • Editor-in-Chief of the website from a marketing lens and an actionable perspective.
  • Be called upon as a subject matter expert in tools, processes, approaches, and best practices to support the Chief Growth Officer and the Growth team to better land new logos in key markets and key verticals
  • Help us market within our own accounts to truly land-and-expand.

Why you should apply

  • You want to take a brand that has all the potential in the world, the best clients, the best case studies, the best thought leadership, and the best reputation, and ignite it. You know how to make the best restaurant that only a few know about, and turn it into the hottest place in town. You have the chops to build a process, approach, and execute on it - and one day build an amazing team around you as Livefront grows and expands. You want to work with the smartest people in the world, doing the best work of our lives together (while doing the best work of your life too). We want colleagues who are passionate about their work and want to be recognized and rewarded for it.
  • You are a hands-on, self-starting go-to-market leader who loves turning strategy into action. You get excited about defining who we go after, how we show up, and why we win. From ICP definition and segmentation to brand positioning, content, and messaging, you know how to design and scale the systems that drive real, measurable growth. You thrive in the messy middle of building, testing, refining, and scaling, and you are eager to do it alongside a highly collaborative Growth team.
  • You are a natural storyteller who knows how to shine a light on something special. You know how to take a best-kept secret and put it in front of the right prospects, in the right places, at the right moments. You enjoy opening doors, sparking curiosity, and creating opportunities to introduce Livefront’s incredible offerings, capabilities, and people. You care deeply about maintaining a premium brand while accelerating pipeline and unlocking new logo growth.
  • You’re energized by building and running outbound campaigns, developing strong thought leadership, and using data and analytics to continuously improve. You see our client work, perspectives, and ideas as a powerful growth engine, and you’re motivated to make them more accessible, more consumable, and more actionable through clear calls to action. At the end of the day, you’re here to help fuel meaningful growth, without ever compromising what makes Livefront exceptional.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
