ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're looking for a talented Technical Recruiter who's ready to own meaningful work and make a real impact on how LVT grows. This isn't a role where you're handed a playbook and told to execute; you'll be a genuine talent partner to technical leaders, a sharp advisor who understands the market, and a recruiter who knows how to find and attract people who aren't looking.

You'll recruit across Engineering, Information Security, IT, and Product, with the flexibility to pivot where the business needs you most. You'll also have a hand in building something lasting: improving the systems, processes, and strategies that make our TA team sharper over time.

This role is based out of our office in our headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full-Cycle Technical Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, across Information Security, IT, Engineering, Product, and UX. Ability to lean into other areas of the business as needed.
  • Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to technical hiring managers and senior leadership, providing market insights and data to help shape hiring strategy and optimize hiring performance.
  • Advanced Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize sophisticated outbound sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive talent within the SaaS, AI, and IoT industries.
  • Collaborative Process Improvement: Partner with the broader TA team to refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and sourcing playbooks that improve quality of hire.
  • Candidate Experience Advocacy: Ensure every technical candidate has a high-touch, professional experience that accurately reflects LVT’s brand values and innovative mission.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Leverage ATS data and recruiting metrics to manage your pipeline efficiently, providing visibility into hiring progress and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Team Contribution: Mentor and share specialized technical recruiting knowledge with the wider TA team to elevate the collective expertise of the department.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Flex into other business areas as needed, providing consistent, high-level recruiting support across all LVT domains.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experienced Technical Recruiter: 5+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth companies, with a track record of success in technical recruiting. You've worked hard roles, navigated competitive markets, and know what good looks like.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven success hiring senior engineers, niche IT and Information Security roles, AI/ML Engineers, and Product Managers. You understand what these people do and what it takes to earn their attention.
  • Advisor Mindset: You build credibility with technical leaders by bringing honest market data and a point of view they can trust, not just telling them what they want to hear.
  • Masterful Sourcer: High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, and advanced sourcing techniques. You know how to find people who aren't looking and make them genuinely curious about LVT.
  • AI-Forward: You actively use AI tools to work smarter across sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management. You're already figuring out how AI is changing recruiting, not waiting to see.
  • High-Motor and Results-Driven: You bring energy and urgency without needing someone to light the fire. You measure yourself by outcomes, not activity.
  • Positive and Solutions-Oriented: When things get complicated, you focus on what's possible. You adapt without drama and keep momentum going for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Growth Mindset: You treat recruiting as a craft worth improving. You reflect, seek better approaches, and bring those insights back to the team.
  • Collaborative: You share what you learn, ask good questions, and make the team better by being in it.
  • Autonomous and Accountable: You manage complex pipelines independently and take full ownership of outcomes.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
