ABOUT THIS ROLE:
As a member of our Field Operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of mobile power units and LiveUnits throughout the country. This will include all kinds of travel. This position must be a responsible and trustworthy individual. You will work independently and together with a team in various locations and situations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical troubleshooting and maintenance on all units across the country.
- Operate company vehicles to travel to assigned job sites and safely transport trailers for service operations.
- Manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to all operational detail, equipment safety requirements, and fleet safety protocols.
- Execute travel and work on flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and under varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Ability to work overtime and travel out of state as operational needs dictate.
- Comfort working at heights of 30+ feet above the ground.
- Technical proficiency utilizing shop tools and basic mathematical competency to accurately read a measuring tape, log physical inventory counts, and track unit-specific maintenance paperwork.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining a positive, professional appearance and clear communication.
- Physical Demands: Physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, manipulate units, and lift or transport up to 70 lbs. of physical equipment or parts.
Licensing, Screenings, & Compliance (Post-Offer):
- Driver’s License & Driving Record: Must possess and maintain a valid Class C Driver’s License. Position requires maintaining an insurable driving record with minimal violations on a 3-year MVR that meets company safety guidelines and commercial auto insurance underwriting standards.
- Background & DMV Screening: A post-offer motor vehicle record (MVR) pull is required for this position due to the driving and trailer transport responsibilities.
- Drug Testing: Position is subject to a post-offer, pre-employment controlled substances drug screen.
- Alarm Company Employee Registration: This role must possess or be able to secure an Alarm Company Employee (ACE) registration.

A dependable, trustworthy, and safe individual will be the most successful in this role. As you travel and learn the product you will be relied upon to troubleshoot and fix technical and mechanical problems. As you communicate through all departments the issues seen in the field, you will provide LVT opportunities to grow and improve.
