Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter who has proven experience of filling a wide range of construction positions at a high volume. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain top construction pipelines and utilize those networks to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Strategically source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.
- Primary focus on high volume recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields.
- Contribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry.
- Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.
- Able to self manage and develop independent sourcing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience building recruiting networks without full reliance on job boards.

Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional after-hours support required (mornings, nights, and weekends).
- Occasional visits to outdoor industrial or commercial sites that could involve climbing stairs or platforms, and exposure to weather extremes.
- Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
- Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
