Job Summary
The IT HRIS Senior Manager is a senior position within the Transformation Office, responsible for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development processes and solutions enterprise-wide. The IT HRIS Snr Manager and their team assess corporate and field processes and software, to define standard processes and identify opportunities for automation and new technology to meet organizational needs and future growth. The preferred candidate has a background in human resources, talent acquisition and/or learning and development practices and policies and is familiar with Tier 1 and/or leading HRIS software applications and AI technologies to drive optimized solutions.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Assess current HRIS processes across corporate and field operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for standardization.
- Design, document, and roll out standardized HRIS processes enterprise wide.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll/ Time Capture, Procurement, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define future-state process and system requirements.
- Evaluate, recommend, and lead the selection of new technology, software, and automation solutions to support HRIS operations.
- Define and baseline KPIs for existing processes and establish ongoing metrics and reporting to track measured improvement.
- Lead or support implementation of HRIS systems and tools, including ERP modules, payroll/ time capture, and financial systems requiring integrations w/ HRIS.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps for process and technology initiatives.
- Manage project team execution, risks, and issues, and coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
- Provide input and partner w/ change management, training, and communication team members to support adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor post-implementation performance against baseline KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Support M&A-related integration of HRIS systems and processes, including due diligence and post-close integration planning.
- Ensure new processes and systems align with internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project status to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources operations, business process improvement, or IT HRIS systems.
- 5+ years of experience leading human resources-related technology or process transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience assessing and redesigning business processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of ERP HRIS systems implementation (e.g., Viewpoint Vista, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
- Experience optimizing processes through automation and AI.
- Strong working knowledge of core human resources functions, including HR, compensation management, talent acquisition, learning & development, payroll, time and attendance, labor cost allocation, and finance integrations.
- Proven ability to define, baseline, and track KPIs to measure process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams.
Preferred:
- MBA or other advanced degree, in a related field.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial services industry.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management/process improvement certification.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration.
- Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
- Experience managing external consulting partners and vendor relationships.

Work Environment:
- Primarily works in a professional office environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Occasional travel to company offices, operational locations, or acquisition sites as needed (up to 10%).
- May occasionally visit industrial or field environments requiring adherence to applicable safety procedures and PPE requirements.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
