Job Summary
Loenbro is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting key construction‑industry software platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.

You will support multiple business units — estimating, scheduling, field operations, and corporate teams — by helping administer, maintain, and optimize our core construction applications, including Autodesk, Primavera P6, Viewpoint Vista/ProjectSight, and HeavyBid.

This is a hands‑on role combining application support, light system administration, user enablement, troubleshooting, and workflow understanding.

 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

Application Support & Administration

  • Support and maintain Autodesk licensing (user provisioning, license allocation, renewals, troubleshooting).
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Primavera P6, including user setup, permissions, basic scheduling support, and coordination with PMO.
  • Assist with ERP workflows and support within Viewpoint Vista/ ProjectSight, including user access, issues logging, and coordination with Finance/Operations.Support the estimating team with HCSS HeavyBid, including configuration, user assistance, and vendor coordination.

Business Systems Analysis

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system workflows or configuration changes.
  • Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes across software platforms.

 User Support & Training

  • Serve as a front‑line point of contact for application issues, escalating to vendors or senior analysts when needed.
  • Deliver basic training sessions or job aids to end users.
  • Help drive adoption of new tools, updates, and workflows.

  Systems Integration & Improvement

  • Assist with small enhancements, upgrades, and system rollouts.
  • Participate in testing software changes before deployment.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in an IT, systems support, or BSA‑type role.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following:
  • Primavera P6
  • Viewpoint Vista (ERP)/ ProjectSight
  • HCSS HeavyBid
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with general IT tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting multiple construction or engineering software systems.
  • Understanding of construction workflows (estimating, scheduling, field operations, cost control).
  • Vendor management experience (tickets, escalations, renewals).
  • Basic SQL, reporting, or systems‑integration exposure.

Colorado Pay Range
