Contract Sr. Sales Recruiter (1099) — GTM Roles

About the engagement

LogicGate is engaging an independent contractor to lead full-cycle recruiting for a defined set of Go-To-Market (GTM) requisitions during a fixed engagement period. This is a project-based, deliverable-driven engagement — the contractor operates independently, determines their own methods and schedule, and is engaged for outcomes (qualified slates, filled roles) rather than hours worked or day-to-day direction.

This engagement is scoped to a specific set of roles and a defined term. It is not a standing or open-ended position, and the contractor is free to engage with other clients concurrently, provided there is no conflict with LogicGate's confidentiality requirements.

Scope of engagement

Roles covered

The contractor is engaged specifically to source and manage candidate pipelines for the following GTM requisitions (update per statement of work):

  • Strategic Account Executives / Enterprise Account Executives
  • Sales Engineers
  • Customer Success Managers
  • Additional GTM roles up to Director level, as mutually agreed in writing for this engagement

Roles outside this list, or overflow support for other functions, are out of scope unless added by written amendment to the engagement.

Term & structure

  • Fixed engagement term (e.g., 90/120 days), renewable by mutual written agreement
  • Engagement is project- and deliverable-based rather than hourly supervision — the contractor determines how, when, and where the work gets done, within agreed milestones
  • Fee structure per signed statement of work
  • No entitlement to LogicGate employee benefits, equity, or paid time off, consistent with independent contractor status

Deliverables

The contractor is responsible for the following outcomes within the agreed scope and timeline:

  • Build and deliver qualified candidate slates for each in-scope requisition, using the contractor's own sourcing methods, tools, and professional networks
  • Manage the candidate experience for assigned requisitions from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Coordinate directly with the relevant hiring manager on role requirements, feedback, and process without requiring day-to-day oversight
  • Provide periodic progress updates against agreed milestones (e.g., weekly pipeline summary)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in LogicGate's ATS for the duration of the engagement, as required for continuity after the engagement ends
  • Flag material risks or delays proactively so they can be addressed without requiring ongoing supervision

We get excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically in GTM/sales functions
  • Track record of independently running searches with minimal onboarding or hand-holding
  • Established personal sourcing network and tools
  • Experience operating as an independent recruiter or consultant, ideally across multiple concurrent clients
  • Comfortable operating with defined deliverables and milestones rather than ongoing supervision
  • SaaS or high-growth tech recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms

This document describes the scope of a proposed independent contractor engagement and is not itself a binding contract. Final terms, fees, and the independent contractor agreement will be documented in a separate signed statement of work.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
