Role Objective
The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent for Lucid Bots. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and drive a seamless recruitment process. Your work will be instrumental in scaling our world-class engineering team and ensuring we hire the best talent to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical hiring needs and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, engage, and attract top engineering and technical talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
- Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize hiring processes as the company scales.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Strong track record of hiring software engineers and technical roles in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and technical job boards.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

The Details:
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, and requires regular collaboration with the on-site team. The Technical Recruiter will have opportunities to work hands-on with leadership, hiring managers, and engineering teams to build Lucid Bots’ workforce.
