We are seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager – Treasury Experience. This critical role requires product vision, strategy, and comprehensive knowledge of automotive and financing and Insurance. This role will cross-functionally guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. This role is required to be onsite at Lucid Motors HQ (Newark, CA).  

 

You Will:

  • As a member of this team, you will enable digital experience for Treasury and finance by automation and self-service experience online and in-store.    
  • You can break down complex business problems into steps that drive product development.to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. 
  • Understand user needs and define product features to deliver product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
  • Use agile principles to write user stories and plan and drive the software development of features. 
  • Use various tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.  
  • Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how site functions and looks. 
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, banner ads, marketing materials). 
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.  
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, legal, and other teams to create prototype or concept software solutions. 
  • You will also work on new technologies, platforms, consumer-facing products, and enterprise systems. 
  • Troubleshoot to resolve product issues and operational pain points. 
  • You guide products throughout the execution cycle, specifically analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. 
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. 
  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions. 
  • Your objectives are directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, operational efficiency, cost, customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. 

 

You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in software/online product management, product development and shipping quality, and impactful products, with evidence of exceptional ability. 
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive, e-Commerce, Fintech, Payments or Treasury Operations. 
  • A foundational understanding of financial transaction processing systems and finds joy in the details. 
  • Experience having shipped concept products and platform solutions.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data from various systems to solve problems. 
  • Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love. 
  • Ability to successfully work with cross-functional and develop software as a prototype. 
  • Familiarity with tools for wire-framing mockups and UX design. 
  • Broad Appreciation of API design principles and maturity to understand e2e Integration Experience as perceived by a developer. 
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies with a proven track record of successfully launching products. 
  • Communication: You articulate and document both clearly and concisely. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex product management concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Comfort working exceptionally fast in an ambiguous work environment. 
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a technical field. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous work experience in e-commerce or developing localized products for international markets. 
  • Experience in EV industry is a plus. 
  • Experience working with software engineers and architects on a product designed to handle a global scale is a plus. 
  • Financial services/payments, e-commerce, and mobile commerce industry experience a strong plus. 
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally at a technology company. 
  • Strategic insight, forward-looking problem solver with a participatory management style and team-building skills, who can act quickly and decisively when needed.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)

Base Pay Range (Annual)

$104,600 - $143,770 USD
