
Sales Associate, Zürich
Lucid Motors is looking for a passionate Sales Associate who is committed to creating exceptional customer experiences and representing an innovative brand. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in guiding our customers through their journey, from the first encounter to the purchase and beyond. You will be the face of Lucid Motors in our studios, helping customers discover our luxurious electric vehicles.
What you will do:
• Deliver impeccable customer experiences by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and professional advice.
• Represent Lucid Motors effectively by communicating our mission, vision, and products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the sales process from initial customer interaction to post-sale follow-up.
• Strengthen the Lucid brand by sharing knowledge and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
