We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help us transform how users coordinate in teams in our product suite. Are you a natural leader and a team player? This Sr. Product Manager will work with our team coordination group to deliver transformative team-centric solutions that help our customers coordinate seamlessly together with Lucid. This is a challenging, strategic, high-impact area — team coordination is an essential part of our ability to help users realize the full value of the Lucid collaboration suite. In this role, you’ll be responsible for evolving the vision and strategy for our team coordination experience, helping to prioritize and define which features we build next, working with engineering and design to build delightful and innovative coordination solutions, and deeply understanding the needs of our users via data and user research. The ideal candidate is expert at balancing user and business needs to craft strategy utilizing data, market and customer research, with a proven knack for crafting delightful user experiences. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be an expert for our customers’ needs, motivations, and challenges
  • Develop deep customer empathy and represent the customer to your team
  • Own and evolve our team coordination strategy
  • Work with teams scrum teams, other internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
  • Work across teams and with other PMs, outside of reporting lines, to discover team coordination pains needs and requirements from our users, leveraging this information to inform the roadmap
  • Own product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before development
  • Effectively leverage metrics to understand usage patterns and effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimization
  • Effectively plan and prioritize work across multiple projects and communicate priority to relevant stakeholders
  • Act as the cross-functional champion for the needs of teams inside the product, working with other groups to ensure a cohesive, holistic teams experience across the product
  • Be responsible for hitting the key performance indicators you are entrusted with

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of software Product Management experience
  • Proven ability to use business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities and inform decisions
  • Track record of improving core business metrics, especially in B2B SaaS
  • Excellent working relationship with engineering
  • Experience leading out on strategy and roadmaps, strong strategic sense and ability to balance many competing inputs and priorities
  • Adept at creating compelling, informative artifacts to align stakeholders (Vision, Roadmaps, Progress Updates, Competitive Analysis, etc.)
  • Experience driving product discovery and development, collaborating with research, design, eng, and GTM teams
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to talk effectively with anyone from engineers to enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, internal stakeholders, and end users
  • Experience shipping successful products with a significant impact on the user experience and business, 0-1 experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience leading complex, cross-team projects
  • Experience in managing collaboration and/or coordination products
  • Experience and enthusiasm for mentoring other product managers
  • Prior work experience in B2B SaaS 
  • Adept at working with adjacent product groups to create holistic product strategy and influence other departments
