We are looking for an experienced Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our GTM motion by analyzing key metrics, managing critical tools, and building efficient processes. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive insight, accountability, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize GTM processes: Support marketing, sales, and customer success teams by identifying and enhancing key operational workflows
  • Analyze and report funnel metrics: Partner with growth leads to provide visibility into volume, velocity, conversion, and value across channels, geographies, and customer segments
  • Manage operational tools: Act as the primary point of contact for key GTM tools and related process questions
  • Support onboarding and training: Help enable GTM teams with proper use of internal tools and CRM systems
  • Deliver data-driven insights: Be the go-to for internal data sets and analytical support
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks: Work cross-functionally to uncover and resolve process pain points
  • Maintain data quality: Establish processes to ensure clean and accurate data across systems
  • Lead project work: Develop and track progress on operational initiatives that enable scalable growth
  • Measure impact: Monitor and communicate the results of operational improvements to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or technical data-focused role
  • At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business model
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and seeing projects through to completion
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks and CRM systems
  • Background in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, or a technical degree
  • Experience managing complex projects
