
Receptionist - Part-Time

As a key part of our team, you'll ensure that everyone, from new candidates to long-time employees, feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.
As our part-time Receptionist, you'll be the friendly, proactive face of Lucid, managing the front desk and providing great customer service from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Your warm demeanor and energetic approach will enhance the daily workplace experience and make a real difference in how our teams and guests feel about being here.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the reception area in an efficiently organized and clean manner.
- Act as a welcoming first point of contact for all office visitors, including employees, candidates, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage the UTA pass program for our employees.
- Proactively manage the ticketing process for temporary badges.
- From time to time, provide support for corporate events, assisting with setup, teardown, and on-site needs for company-wide catered lunches, meetings, retreats, and parties.
- Partner with other members of the Workplace Experience team to ensure seamless coverage of the front desk, with the flexibility to cover responsibilities and schedule changes as needed
- Provide on-the-spot support for a variety of needs from the front desk.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of the core functions of a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service.
