Job Overview
You will be pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the sales and the company’s leading CRM methodology, Fly-Fishing, ensuring seamless coordination between salons and headquarters. You will be the guardian of data integrity, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making. You are able to successfully manage projects on a larger scale while also working with the team at a detailed level to ensure the highest level of quality.
About the Role
- Support upcoming experience opportunities and help input CRM data about all events data.
- Leverage Fly Fishing methodology for key projects and market understanding including research data, summaries, and analysis for Lugano’s client-centric business model.
- Work closely with the Sales Strategy Manager and leadership to detect and resolve CRM data issues, continuously scoring partnership efficiency and quality data.
- Conduct market research on philanthropic organizations, prospective businesses, and key opportunities to determine potential partnerships.
- Prepare event information packets for salons, consolidate post-events debriefs and provide data for extractions of event patterns and learnings at an HQ level.
- Ensure timely execution of event post-data and collaborate with sales strategists to create said data.
- Collaborate with the Sales Strategy Manager and Director of Business Intelligence to address challenges and optimize internal processes.

- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering effective data on customer experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Ability to analyze data and provide simplified solutions
- Effective communication and collaboration across multiple lines of business
- Familiarity or strong interest in luxury industry
Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $28 hourly plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
