About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the Lumos Identity Management portfolio. This key role will partner closely with our product management, business operations, marketing, and sales teams to bring exciting new innovations to market, drive value to our customers, and grow our position as the platform of choice for managing identity and app sprawl.

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.
  • Product Launches: Engage with cross-functional teams to help design, plan and execute product launches with comprehensive go-to-market strategies and tactics to drive measurable results.
  • Content Creation: Develop fresh content including collateral, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer's journey.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure the value proposition, assets, training, and support plans are all in place for a strong sales motion in line with our product and ecosystem capabilities.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the market landscape and how this intersects with our offerings. Use this to drive differentiation and influence overall planning.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and drive customer advocacy programs including referrals, case studies, speaking engagements, and references. Synthesize feedback to influence product strategy, acting as a bridge between product and sales teams.

💰Pay Range

$160,000 - $220,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
