About The Position

One of our operating companies, ABit Systems, is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level Internal Sales Representative to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in technology sales within a supportive and fast-moving IT business. Full training and mentoring will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the IT industry and develop valuable commercial and technical skills.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills,and a genuine desire to learn. Previous customer service or sales experience is a big advantage, but your mindset, work ethic and willingness to grow are what matter most.

Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Representative at ABit Systems, you will work closely with our extensive customer portfolio to identify sales opportunities across our suite of IT solutions -  including managed services, telephony, cybersecurity and software licensing. You will play an important role in supporting customer relationships and driving growth across our fantastic client base.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers
  • Processing quote requests and managing incoming sales enquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up and communication
  • Consulting with customers via phone calls, online meetings and occasional site visits
  • Updating internal systems with customer information, sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives such as newsletters and outreach campaigns
  • Working toward achievable KPIs and growth targets while continuously developing your skills

Skills required

  • Confident communicator who is comfortable engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via online meetings
  • Positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Desirable: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Interest in IT, technology, networks, and how technology helps businesses succeed
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and stay organised across multiple tasks
  • Capable of thinking independently while also working effectively within a team
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing company culture
