Summer 2025 Internship, Real Estate Public Relations

POSITION OVERVIEW:

M18 is seeking a Summer Intern to work on high-profile, luxury real estate accounts. 

Accountabilities: As an Intern you will:

  • Clip and track press mentions
  • Conduct research on the real estate industry and other relevant topics  
  • Create media lists
  • Assist with events
  • Organize and maintain records
  • Assist with writing fact sheets and pitches
  • Assist with the day-to-day office operations 
  • Support additional miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student with communications, real estate, public relations or other relevant knowledge and/or experience
  • Interest in real estate public relations
  • Ability to be in the New York City office every Wednesday

Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. 

Role duration: The summer internship runs from early June to late August 2025.

Role hours: The summer internship schedule is Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The Real Estate team is in-office on Wednesdays,

Compensation: The compensation for this role is $16.50 per hour.
