POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to support social media initiatives for the agency’s clients across real estate, hospitality, and food & beverage. This role will be responsible for creating, curating and/or sourcing and editing visual content for use across client social media accounts and will enable a creative individual to be a key component in the visual direction of client brand marketing.

Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a Content Creator, you will:

  • Own the content creation process from ideation to distribution, ensuring cohesive and high-quality outputs across all platforms
  • Storyboard and produce social media-based content for client accounts
  • Capture high-quality photo and video assets for client projects
  • Apply individual client brand guidelines to each piece of edited content
  • Edit and assemble Instagram Reels for client accounts
  • Attend client events for onsite content capture
  • Stay tuned into industry trends to provide forward-thinking assets to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in professional video
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software
  • Strong skills in project management, creative ideation, and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and keeping up with industry trends
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills

 

COMPENSATION

M18 offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $60,000-$70,000
