What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare client reporting: Prepare semi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly client reporting packages, including review for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process client fee payments: Process client fee payments and prepare the required reconciliation while handling all exception-based transactions.
  • Reconcile client trust accounts: Prepare monthly client trust account reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve: Track, research, and resolve exception-based transactions while developing your problem-solving instincts.
  • Work with AI and technology: Help build and improve finance operations workflows and system integrations—using AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and speed up reporting. Assist in the testing of system changes and new or revised reports.
  • Support our clients: Address and respond to client requests, including ad hoc reporting requests and recovery-related questions or issues.
  • Collaborate and support leadership: Build relationships across the Finance team and partner with other departments to get work done.

What You Bring (Role Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Two to three years in an accounting or financial analysis role, preferably with significant exposure to financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required. We’ll assess your Excel skills as part of the interview process.
  • Curiosity about technology and AI, and excitement about using new tools to make work smarter and faster.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural bias toward accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical instincts—you enjoy figuring out how things work.
  • Self-management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and to multi-task and work independently as you grow into the role.
  • Effective written communication, primarily through email, strong verbal communication with clients and internal customers, and a professional, collaborative approach.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
