We are looking for a Value Consultant to join our team at our office in Montreal, Canada or US Locations. As a value consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic value engagements with our customers throughout their journey with MaintainX. From value discovery to realization, you will work with the customer success and account management team to build and maintain customer-specific business cases to quantify and measure value realization. Collaborating with account teams and customers, you will align their business strategies and outcomes with the capabilities enabled by MaintainX. Your efforts will drive customer adoption and ensure that our solutions continuously meet evolving customer priorities.

 

What you’ll do:

Establish Baseline Metrics and Benchmarking:

  • Assess key value drivers prior to solution deployment to ensure a clear understanding of potential impacts
  • Post-deployment, track and benchmark the realization of value through ongoing performance assessments, leveraging industry-specific content and best practices to optimize outcomes

Lead Value Engagements and Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire value lifecycle from discovery to realization and optimization, including leading / supporting efforts such as business case development and value delivery services
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure continuous monitoring and optimization of value realization
  • Support the account management organization in driving upgrades

Understand Industry Values and Processes:

  • Leverage industry-specific insights to understand complex value chains and end-to-end business processes across various sectors
  • Develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with industry trends and benchmarks for maximizing value delivery

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting. This may include, but is not limited to, prior roles in customer success, sales engineering, or account management
  • BA degree or higher
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
