Sales Enablement Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive and support key initiatives across our Revenue Organization, with a strong emphasis on onboarding through our New Hire University (NHU) program. In addition to onboarding, this role will play a pivotal part in broader enablement initiatives, ranging from tech stack adoption and sales campaign execution to call quality enhancements and ongoing everboarding programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that supports scalable, impactful enablement across the go-to-market team.
This role is a critical part of our Revenue Enablement function and is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the success of new and current team members across MaintainX’s expanding sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the XDR onboarding learning path and promotion pathing creating a structured, engaging, and measurable program to guide new hires through the early stages of their careers at MaintainX.
- Provide Support for ongoing enablement initiatives by developing programs and delivering training on sales methodologies, process, and tech stack usage, ensuring team members are equipped to reach their targets.
- Support NHU program development and execution for additional Revenue Organization roles, working closely with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager and other leaders across Account Management, Client Success, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure consistency and alignment across departments.
- Facilitate blended learning experiences including online modules, virtual live sessions, and practice workshops to improve ramp time and support team members in developing key skills.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address those gaps.
- Evaluate training outcomes by tracking onboarding progress, listening to recorded calls, and supporting review sessions with XDR managers to reinforce learnings and celebrate achievements.
- Collaborate on digital resources like Sales Playbooks, LMS content, and multimedia materials to support ongoing learning and career growth within the team.
- Improve ramp time through a blend of training on sales methodologies, processes, soft skills, tech stack, and product/industry knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance by listening to recorded/live calls and documenting sales process usage for future coaching opportunities.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
About You:
- A warm, engaging, and credible enabler with experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a BDR or SDR, with additional experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager considered a plus.
- A passion for coaching and a commitment to helping sales team members grow and reach their potential.
- Experience working in fast-growing, startup sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of training methods and organizational change management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and sales call analysis platforms like Chorus or Gong.
- Ability to create training materials, including writing effective copy and developing video/audio scripts.
- Experience working within an LMS is a strong asset.
