People Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a People Operations Analyst to join our team to support various People programs and initiatives, including benefits, total rewards, employee lifecycle, data management and reporting. We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player with an analytical spirit and a solid understanding of HR processes and tools in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding operations globally, ensuring new hires receive a seamless, consistent, and engaging experience, including coordinating documentation, access, and compliance tasks.
- Maintain and continuously improve the HRIS (HiBob) by accurately creating and updating employee records and processing lifecycle changes such as promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations.
- Own the integrity of employee data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency for internal processes and external reporting needs.
- Offer administrative support to the People team at large, creating and processing documentation for employees globally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, offering prompt, clear, and empathetic guidance across policies, benefits, and systems.
- Generate, analyze, and maintain regular reports and dashboards on People metrics such as headcount, turnover, onboarding effectiveness, and other workforce analytics to support data-informed strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver data insights that help identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the upkeep and refresh of internal policies and procedures to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, Finance, IT, and other teams to execute people initiatives, support audits, and contribute to team-wide projects related to compensation, performance reviews, benefits, total rewards, and compliance.
- Embrace a high-performance startup environment by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, solving problems independently, and stepping up wherever needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role in People Operations.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies with MS Office/GSuite, HRIS, and payroll systems.
- A strong knowledge of French is required for this position.
