Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the VP, Finance, MANSCAPED® is seeking a motivated Financial and Accounting Systems Director to oversee MANSCAPED’s® Finance systems. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with senior Finance leadership and the Technology team.  This role will be helping the company select, implement and maintain various financial tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of financial systems and tools  
  • Gather requirements for desired systems tools and partner with applicable cross functional teams to execute 
  • Partner with Technology for new functionality enhancements, programs and contribute to buy vs build analyses  
  • Partner with Technology on functional design for projects by preparing functional flows, understanding and documenting requirements from cross functional business teams  
  • Coordinate and partner with Technology and third-party vendors daily on systems implementations  
  • Obtain a working knowledge of all data systems within the company, and determine what dependencies and integrations Finance systems may need  
  • Own and execute all testing for Finance systems tools implementations  
  • Partner with business team members to prepare SOPs that incorporate day-to-day operational changes from new implementations  
  • Current implementations: NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), Order-to-Cash, Product/Pricing/Inventory (PPI) and Pay-to-Procure (Coupa)  
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for system tools, including creating training materials and resources. Lead the execution of training sessions and ensure the successful adoption of these tools by all applicable MANSCAPED® employees  
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Finance with experience building out financial and accounting ERP systems  
  • Financial Reporting and KPI dashboards w/in NetSuite environment; and experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB)  
  • NetSuite ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME)  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems (MIS)  
  • MBA preferred  
  • Prior experience in a techno-functional role between Finance, Accounting, IT and other business teams  
  • Knowledge of best systems practices in budgeting and forecasting, GL Accounting, accelerating month-end accounting close, Treasury, Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable, Tax Compliance and Reporting  
  • Functional knowledge of GAAP Accounting and concepts preferred  
  • Role has frequent exposure to senior leadership, and therefore must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Must be curious, accurate, and detail oriented 

Compensation Range

$180,000 - $190,000 USD
